How do you get kids to go outside

Mon Oct 24, 2016 3:33 pm

All kids want to do these days is just stay in their rooms and play online games.  They are glued to their gaming units and yes they have a lot of fun with their friends and learn eye to hand coordination but when they don't even come out to eat, hang out with the family or get some exercise then it becomes an issue.

Do you take their gaming units away, put the gaming units in a main area and have time limits? How do you handle that?

Just for this reason we keep our Xbox in our family room.  They can only play when we decide it's ok to.
